If you aren’t getting the quality nutrition into your body,  why would people believe they can get the most out of their workouts or achieve their weight goals?

Poor eating choices, reliance on fast foods and heavily processed foods have turned the American diet (and any other first world country) to a barley adequate source of nutrition.

This is very poor fuel for the body.

Getting the proper nutrition - in the right balances - with a delivery system, allows your body to perform as it is designed.

A nutrition rich diet allows your body burn excess fat - get fuel into the muscles faster - balances hormone levels - allows for better digestion - delivers the nutrients into the cells faster and more efficiently - aids recovery from exercise -  allows body to rid at least some toxins - fights inflammation - builds immune system - well this list could go on for a long time.

So the short answer to this topic is really very simple - if you get the proper nutrition into your body - you will make the most out of everything else that you do.

I wish this was possible to do with the food you find available at your market. It just isn’t so.  You can make better choices with organic and local farmers, but there is still many underlining issues that must be addressed.
